Living a happy life is an obtainable goal. I will welcome you with compassion and help you to gain the tools you need to live a fulfilling life. My expertise include: healing from trauma using EMDR and CBT, ADHD using methods to help reduce stress and self shaming, anxiety and depression, and substance abuse issues.
