Everyone is recovering from something. As a therapist and an educator, I have spent years working to help people with anger management, family violence, and substance abuse problems. Change is possible, and I like to meet clients where you are and help you to get where you want to be.  I am trained in areas of healing from trauma, narcissitic abuse, anxiety and depression, and substance abuse.
